Checking your management access…
Choose who can submit cases, approve cases and review sightings. Only the master administrator can change management access.
Ask a new administrator to sign in with Telegram once, then find their account below. Case-specific invitations and assignments remain available inside each case.
Private cases awaiting publication. Open a case, check its details and required main photo 1, then approve and publish it when ready. Photos 2 and 3 are optional.
Sightings awaiting review. Open the case to inspect the location, time and photo or video before approving or rejecting.
Show your admin buttons on the website
The public website uses your Super Paws customer login. Management uses your Telegram login. Connect the two accounts once so the website can show the tools you are allowed to use.
You will be asked to confirm the connection on the website while signed in to your own Super Paws customer account. Management actions still require your Telegram session.
